Diana is a dynamic training
professional who has over
15 years of experience working
with a diversity of clients.
She is a people-developer,
motivating her clients to
exercise their personal learning
styles to grasp and retain
new information quickly.
An energetic, results-oriented
consultant, Diana takes great
pride in influencing the human
side of business. Her experience
has breadth from working with
a variety of professionals
from new hires to seasoned

has honed through her work with over
12,000 group participants. Diana develops
instructional curriculum, training
materials and resources that exhaust
the clients’ needs and are well received
by her groups.
Throughout her career she has demonstrated
the skills of a masterful facilitator
and coach. She is intuitive with a
passion for helping people and organizations
perform. Diana completed studies at
the University of Toronto and Simon
Fraser University, specializing in
adult learning, human systems, organizational
development and business management.
Prior to forming Soft-Skills.ca Diana
worked at a managerial level in corporate
people management including training
and development responsibilities.
She also worked for several provincial
governments and not-for-profit agencies.
